  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

  • Shipping Carriers: Shipments are managed through India Speed Post (Department of Posts, Government of India) and trusted courier partners like Professional Couriers.

  • Address Requirements: To ensure smooth processing and timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with a local contact number at the time of placing your order.

  • Delivery Availability: Please ensure that you or a trusted individual is available at the delivery address to receive the package. We cannot be held responsible for packages returned or left unattended due to unavailability, especially for high-value items.

  • Remote Locations: If you are located in a remote or courier non-serviceable area, contact us at creativessthree@gmail.com with your complete address and order details. Some carriers may impose additional charges for remote deliveries, and we will inform you of any extra costs before processing your order.

  • Shipping Timeline: Orders are shipped within 10 working days from the date of confirmation. Please note that this excludes local holidays and carrier delays. Pre-order items have separate timelines, which will be shared during the payment process.

  • Shipment Tracking: You will receive tracking details and carrier information the day after your shipment is dispatched.

  • Quality Assurance: All products undergo strict quality checks and are packed in tamper-proof packaging. If the package appears tampered with or damaged on delivery, please do not accept it. Instead, take clear photos, refuse delivery, and return it to the carrier. Once accepted, we will assume the product was received in good condition.

  • Address Verification: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order, as we cannot reroute or redirect shipments once dispatched.

  • Incorrect Addresses: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it upon confirmation of the correct address, subject to additional shipping charges.

  • Jewellery Shipping: Shipping charges for jewellery may vary based on its value and materials. Please note that jewellery orders are shipped only within India.

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

 

Returns & Exchanges

Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges after this period.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:
   •    Unused
   •    In its original condition as received
   •    Packed in the original packaging

 

Specific Guidelines for Saris   

•    Non-Exchangeable Items: Saris with detached blouses or tasseling are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.   

•    Colour Perception: Returns or exchanges based on color perception are not accepted. Variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings, brightness, and resolution across devices. If you have specific concerns, feel free to contact us with your queries before purchasing.

 

Specific Guidelines for Jewellery

 •    Damaged in Transit: If the jewellery is damaged during transit, we will issue a replacement. Customers must return the damaged item at their own expense. If a replacement is unavailable, a credit note will be provided, redeemable for future purchases.

 •    Product Representation: We take great care in packing and showcasing our jewellery with multiple-angle photos and videos to help you assess dimensions like length and width. Please review these carefully before placing an order.

 

Reasons for Rejection of Returns/Exchanges:

  • Color Variations: Minor color tone differences due to photography or monitor settings will not be considered valid for returns or exchanges. All product photos and videos are uploaded without filters to give you an accurate representation.

  • Handcrafted Variations: Slight irregularities in semi-precious and precious jewellery are inherent to the handmade process and not considered defects.

  • Personal Preference: Exchanges will not be processed for reasons like “the item feels heavy” or “the size is larger than expected.”

  • Earring Stems: Slightly bent earring stems are not considered transit damage.

  • Minor Transit Wear: Situations like beads or stones falling off during transit, which can be easily fixed with fabric glue, will not qualify for a return or exchange.

  • Bangle Size: Please measure your size carefully before purchasing. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size orders.

Refund Processing

Refunds, if applicable, may take 5-7 business days to process after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
